Our journey started by me accidentally discovering their gen 1 AMZ Ultrasonic repellent ( HX168 ) or I liked to call it GEN 1 - then I was operating alone and selling mainly on Amazon platform without them knowing.
I had almost 0 knowledge on how to sell, for how much to sell or any knowledge about the product itself. I by accident doubled the original cost making them selling at ~ £24 and me selling at £54. At first I was selling to UK market only and started to make a fair amount of sales - this is the point I haven't even seen or touched the product yet.
When I was starting to sell around 5- 10 of these per day, I looked for the ways to sell more as people seemed to like this product and my interest in AMZ BRAND only started to rise. I also did register business account for amazon to be able buy the product in bulk at business rates - which just was perfect opportunity for me at the time.
People quickly bought out all the product, so I got hooked up even more - that's when I noticed a gap in the market.
AMZ BRANDS was only selling in UK at first and what I did - opened a market for EU.
Selling to France, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands and more and after they did too with starting to make EU units.
I was starting to sell more and more - bare in my mind that I was selling UK product with UK plug to EU customers where the plugs are complitely different haha
That's when it financtially backfired first, people was starting to complain about the wrong plug.
So I had to think of a quick solution - which was refunding them money to cover the cost for purchasing UK / EU adapter for each unit. Still was making little bit of profit and doing everything to not harming the brand + was even refunding the orders that didn't arrive or was damaged etc at my cost.
As you know ''don't bite the hand that feeds you''.
Then after couple of months AMZ BRANDS probably started wondering why such quantity being ordered to one address - from where I was living at the time and shipping the products all over the UK / EU and found out I am selling on amazon too along them, just using my own made product description and details.
Soon after got a warnings from AMZ BRANDS to stop selling their product on amazon to which I of course tried to avoid and always offer a solution to.
Because let's be real, I was making them extra sales, paying for my own marketing and fully covering my clients at my cost.
But to do business with AMZ BRAND always was a pleasure due to genius behind it.
Super professional service with almost no faults.

Back to the story.
So after all those warnings, I got banned from selling that product by amazon - that made a fairly huge dent on my financial situation at the time but nothing personal.
I am an entreprenur I try to not take things personally as much as I can.
For me it was just old door closed - new door open type of thing.
So next I gave a try to an ebay marketplace.
Sales was good - again was paying for my own marketing ( onsite, of-site ) but this time I already had knowledge about this product but what was even better, that I started communicating with the brand through amazon as I had their direct contact through those warning messages.
So I made a promise to not sell on amazon anymore.
and I wanted to sell it just through different account but I did respect the rule and we got the part where I was able to purchase custom quantity items and agreed discount ( just for me ) - so I sold quite, but all the cheap mimics started to appear more and more at the temu price. No offence.
Absolutely low quality products and nowhere near the product quality AMZ BRAND had.
This is the point where I really started to learn about these products and how to use them properly. Because I had to stand out from products with 5 times lower cost.
Doesn't matter, that they do absolutely nothing - but the lower price will always seem more attractive first to the most.
This is the begginings of me offering customer service for AMZ BRAND and you bet it was better than what AMZ BRAND haha, as I invested significant amount to time to learn about this type of product - read as much information on how it works on rats , mice, pets, humans as I could find.
The more I learned the more I started to like the idea of Humane Pest Control in general with gaining more and more imformation.
Oh and at this point I have full email communication with mastermind behind AMZ BRAND, sending invoices, buying products in advance and building trust - which I of course never broke. I always enjoyed communication and even wanted to work directly with the AMZ BRAND as one of their team. I suggested numerous ideas, made my own designs, graphics you name it - like sending 100 CV's just to be part of the company and wanting to do better for them. However answer always was no - and after this many rejections the connection fades.
But as I said never took it personally, and I definitely learned to become resistant to rejection but only because I had a vision and AMZ BRANDS always had part of it without me knowing.
The problem was that I was seeing more worth it AMZ BRAND products than the AMZ BRAND itself. I looked at it as high-end item and done so much to show that with my advertsing, descriptions, graphics you name it. That's I think where we started to slowly grew apart. His vision was pest control - mine was HUMANE pest control.
I loved all of their products so much and was super excited to see each new release asking for samples so I can test them and keep it for my collection. Still have it - Still love it.
Product Quality, Design, Branding and Packaging just spot on almost every single time. Pure genius.
I also had so many struggles to sell this at the times as the main traffic was for amazon and I couldn't compete with their ad spending amount + all the cheap imitations available and not even mentioning the all other financial problems that occurred.
When I got the last email of him letting me know that they are selling the AMZ BRAND - I couldn't believe it because I put so much work, time and effort in to this brand personally. It litterary made me so upset that I didn't wanted to sell this product anymore. I am super grateful for gifting me the last units ( buy here - once they gone they gone ) and you as an individual will always be remember in my memory and AMZ BRAND mentioned as RFH unoffcial partner to show gratitude and realness of our connection.
