Our return, refund and exchange policy.

ITEM NOT OPENED! Eligible for 30 days ( from the date of sale ) 

RETURNS or EXCHANGE available if the package is not opened or damaged containing all original pieces / parts. Buyer is responsible to return the item at their cost within 14 days ( from the date of contacting us ) with any of the above requests. In case of damaged packaging by courier - PREPAID return label will be provided at our cost and items exchanged to new ones.

RETURNS for EXCHANGE available if the item or packaging is not damaged visually or functionally. Buyer has to return the item at their cost within 14 days ( from the date of contacting us ) with any of the above requests. 
In case of manufacturers fault - PREPAID return label will be provided at our cost and items exchanged to new ones.

BULK ORDERS: Returns / Refunds are NOT accepted.

This is due to ordering items directly from the manufacturer or supplier. 
All items are prior inspected to the higher standards and is also individually checked before the shipment to you or your business.
In case of manufacturers faults - faulty items will be exchanged or dealt with accordingly. PREPAID return label for returning the faulty items, will be provided at our cost.
